Shalom Friends,

Anchor of Hope Counseling and Resource Center is offering via Zoom a webinar called Guarding the Heart in Ministry: Self-Care for Helpers.

Leaders, counselors, and people helpers are exposed daily to the traumatic stress, confusion, doubt, and the dysfunctional emotional world of others. This strain includes coping with the secondary grief of constant terror attacks in Israel. It is challenging to remain engaged and empathetic without absorbing and internalizing the pressure of those they are helping and the external environment.

Your compassionate heart and calling to ministry to the hurting are worthy of protection and nourishment as you serve Yeshua, the Great Healer and Redeemer.

In this 2-hour workshop you will learn:
· practical ways to monitor your levels of trauma and stress
· how to assess your possible impairment and burnout
· valuable tools to maintain emotional well-being and ministry effectiveness
· how to impart this information to others
